Container Vessels

Containers play an important role in the worldwide movement of goods and over the past years, much has been done to improve the levels of service provided to our clients. These actions include the development of an innovative ultramodern container management system using cutting-edge technologies that allow us to interact seamlessly within a mobile network. Our system enables ship agents and office staff to view up-to-date detailed graphical stowage and container data, e.g., moves per hour, labour productivity, delays, damages, statistics and other information that is transmitted online from mobile units used by our staff alongside the vessels.

During cargo operations, our staff is in constant communication with the vessels officers, port employees and the line coordinator if needed. Prior to the vessel's arrival, we receive information pertaining to the cargo in BAPLIE, MOVIN and other formats from the Ship agents and line coordinators. During the course of operations and upon completion BAPLIE and other file types are transmitted to the relevant parties.

In addition to the above, we also send PDF files via electronic mail to the relevant parties, showing: Master Plans, Bay plans, Dangerous Cargo Plans, Cargo Reports, Daily Reports, Damage Reports, Container Lists, OOG Reports, Hatch Cover Moves Reports, Breakdowns of container quantities/ container operators/owners, List of Events, Work Stoppages, etc.

Our systems are protected by a UPS (uninterrupted power supply) system, which safeguard our computers and systems from sudden power failure and therefore guarantee a continued service to our clients.
